The reason I care at all is that no-one ever has been able to give at least semi-convincing reasons for what you're claiming. I would honestly love to hear someone even try but everyone just back down and pulls the "WELL THAT'S JUST LIKE YOUR OPINION K BYE". Why can't anyone even try to explain themselves, ever? It's a big mess to even think about, but it's not like it's impossible that someone who fantasizes about sex with children would also enjoy sexually explicit drawings of children, no matter how stylized. The former does not necessarily imply the latter, but it's not too hard to see a connection. It depends on what you like about the drawing.
