NOT trying to get into some involved fantasy vs reality or shaming or "let's find the pedo" argument, but wouldn't it be what attracted you to shota/loli in the first place? It's a big mess to even think about, but it's not like it's impossible that someone who fantasizes about sex with children would also enjoy sexually explicit drawings of children, no matter how stylized. The former does not necessarily imply the latter, but it's not too hard to see a connection. It depends on what you like about the drawing.

The reasons for why people like things like this are just so all over the place. There's definitely a huge crossover for people who fantasize about children and people who like loli/shota but it's not a 100% thing.
