(Anonymous) 2010-12-09 09:36 pm (UTC)(link)It's the other one that people have problems with, because that's basically the author writing whatever the hell they want and expecting everyone to TREAT it like the author wrote it specifically for them, which the author didn't (then bawwing when people don't look at it like some kind of gift from the heavens). THOSE are the kinds of authors that people tell to write for themselves, because the chances of people looking at their fic like some kind of gift from the heavens? Is really really slim
