Usually we only hear about people who are all LOLRapeFicIsMyFave but I don't condone rape irl! But the other way applies, too. You get homophobes who love slash. But while they love it in fic, they don't irl. It's their version of rapefic.
Of course, this doesn't excuse their RL bigotry.

Well Hell, Arnold Schwarzenegger did it!
As for how the guy got to be pregnant you can choose: freak science experiment, act of God/gods/aliens/fairies/witches, acting as a surrogate, magical mix up, etc. If you "think" about it, one male impregnating another makes even less sense because two sperm couldn't create any kind of viable offspring. You have to bring the BugFuckCrazy to the table, or you might as well go home.
(ps: Bigotry is still bad.)
