Im not a fan, but sometimes when she has the right mix of co-hosts, they can work off each other pretty well.

Yeah, this. I appreciate that she's a female with a late-night talk show, so I try to tune in, and oftentimes the round-table discussions are really fun. Plus, while not exactly gut-busting, her irreverent attitude towards the celebs who come on her show is amusing and refreshing (when it works - it's awkward as hail when it doesn't).

I LOVE it when she has Ross Matthews on because he's a dude that even she can't insult. Well, I guess she can, but then he's all *rainbows and sunshine* and she just doesn't know what to do with that.

Not really a fan but I remember she made fun of the stupid teenage fangirls (and their awful grammar) who wrote her nasty emails when she joked about the Jonas Bros.' ambiguous orientations. That won her points in my book.

Wow, I guess I'm really in the minority here, but I really enjoy her show and I think she's pretty freakin funny. I like how brassy she is, I like how outspoken she is, and I think the crazy sh*t she says is funny.

(This is probably something I picked up more from her books than the show, but) I like how she isn't afraid to be herself, have adventures, and go after the things she wants. In my life it seems like I've seen so many women encouraged /pressured in so many ways to be a little bit "nicer", a little bit more accommodating, a little bit smaller, somehow, then the men around them. It makes me feel good to see a woman who runs the show and doesn't seem to do any of those things, and is successful. Plus I like the format of the show, how they have the roundtable of comedians and discuss pop culture.

No comedian is for everyone, but I think she has gotten funnier as the show has progressed. If you saw some early episodes and didn't think they were funny, maybe you would like like it more now. Or maybe it's just not the show for you. But I would rather watch three hours of her show than be forced to sit through 1/2 hour of Jay Leno, that's for sure.

It's true that male comics who are as abrasive as her are lauded, and she's vilified. And it really seems to be women doing it to her, too.

I love her show, but she is definitely an acquired taste. She's REALLY abrasive and says a lot of offensive things, and I can totally understand why others may not like her. She's just not for everybody.

She came for a signing at a bookstore I once worked at for her second to last book. None of us could wait for her to leave; she was one of the most obnoxious divas I've ever had the displeasure to be forced to work with.

Agreed. I think she's about as unfunny and crass as they come.
