Ugh, for serious. I know this one girl who freaked the hell out when I suggested that I shipped a straight pairing in my fandom [along with a yaoi pairing involving the same person]. She just didn't get it, and I was like, "Uh, people together is always good!" And when I went to my first con, you could definitely see other people like that, so, thankfully, you're totally not alone.

Nobody can tell you who to ship. You are the one who sets your own preferences. ♥
