Yes, that's cute! Cause Draco is *PRETTEH*, and it's not matters when he bullies Neville.

But if you ship ANOTHER boy from ANOTHER fandom with someone who bullies him, it is NOT OKAY. It is BAD. Cause he is bullied because he is *GAY*. And the bully is not so *PRETTEH*.
