Right there with you, OP.

When this song first came out, one of my friends pretty much just listened to power metal and the soundtrack to guitar hero. Was lurkin' on his ipod one day and found out that THIS was his most played song. You best believe I judged him hard.

judging people on their music taste is a bitchy thing to do. Unless they talk about it 24/7 or the music is somehow morally wrong (ec. the song is about hating gays or it's a well known fact the artist is a racist dick) you have no right to judge and it does kinda make you an asshole.
