I remember back in the early '00s Cartoon Network's answer to the Superbowl was called The Big Game or something, and it was just like scored versions of classic cartoon rivalries. One of them was Bugs Bunny vs. Daffy Duck, in which Daffy actually ended up winning and I was overjoyed because I had always thought Daffy was a million times cooler than Bugs.

Of course, he won because Bugs just sort of gave up and went on holiday or something, but screw it. A win's a win.

Completely unrelated, but who are the people dancing in your icon? I keep thinking it's Blur, but that seems doubtful...

Nope, not Blur! It's Michael Goorjian, Max Castella, Trey Parker, and Ivan Dudynsky, actors from the movie Newsies. While making the movie, the four of them (along with a couple of the other actors and crew members) made their own little film called Blood Drips Heavily on Newsies Square and the them dancing is part of the end credits.

OMG was that the one they'd have actual football announcers commentate, complete with drawing on the screen in white pen and everything? Because if it was, I loved those.

Yes! I remember the big gag with Bugs vs. Daffy announcers-wise was that only Terry Bradshaw picked Daffy to win, and everyone else mocked him relentlessly for it only to be stunned when Daffy actually won.

All I ever specfically member is the year they commentated one of the Wile E. Coyote vs. Roadrunner cartoons, paused after two rocks fell down the cliff, and yelled, "And he's sacked! TWICE!" My mother and I quote this to each other all the time.
