Completely unrelated, but who are the people dancing in your icon? I keep thinking it's Blur, but that seems doubtful...

Nope, not Blur! It's Michael Goorjian, Max Castella, Trey Parker, and Ivan Dudynsky, actors from the movie Newsies. While making the movie, the four of them (along with a couple of the other actors and crew members) made their own little film called Blood Drips Heavily on Newsies Square and the them dancing is part of the end credits.
