Maybe try and talk to him, to see if he feels the same way? You don't want to have mixed signals.

And life isn't going to happen exactly like the manga, it's always played up for drama and suspense anyways, so if you have a strong friendship with him, being able to talk to him about a relationship should be easy if you think he feels the same way.

All relationships take work and sacrifice. Just try to be honest with yourself and with your partner. If you both keep trying, it will work out <3

Hopefully you'll look back and see this...Lovely complex is probably the most important reason I was able to get past my insecurities over my slight height difference with my boyfriend. Once you look past all the things that make you feel bad about yourself, you can see the important things about the two of you. The things that make you work, the things that make you not work. Don't try to focus on what the two of you look like together. What is so much more important is how you interact.

Otani and Risa were the best of friends. They made each other undeniably happy. It's hard, but if that's the root of your relationship-then staying together is the only option. Anything else, like breaking up or growing apart, just seems like insanity. I hope everything goes well with you guys! It makes me so freaking happy to see someone else thinks about relationship the same why I do! :3
