You go Op, Elisa is a great character and role model.
But with regards anxieties, sometimes they can go over time, but they don't disappear overnight, and while I'm sure she has good confidence, if it helps, if she was real, she wouldn't be automatically a fantastic detective right away, she'd have to train like everyone and make mistakes like evryone, so once you find something which does fit you, whatever that is, do your best OP and be awesome.
