I dislike mpreg AND fpreg fics because usually the writers are obsessed with pregnancy, babies, etc. in favor of the story - especially if the pregnancy is supposed to be a minor thing in the background but ends up stealing the show completely. But I also acknowledge it's just a kink, etc. So I don't bash - I stay away.

I wish biotechnology was so advanced pregnancy was available for everyone. It would save people a lot of heartbreak :( Not to mention it would be thousand times more convenient.
I know what you're going through. My bff is gay and in a relationship, and it kills me to see him sad because he and his partner can't have children together. I'm female and have no desire to have children of my own/get pregnant - it's too unfair for words.
