Also, for the people bringing up "You don't pay attention to east media":
When did not participating in / obsessing over / caring about all thing Asia become so weird?
Is this a social norm, now?
Should I expect my parents to be keeping up with these things?

it's not a sin to be influenced BY YOUR OWN COUNTRY. it's a little centric, yes but not a fucking crime and it doesn't make someone racist if their eye simply isn't trained to make the distinctions.

Because not only do different ethnicities have slightly different facial features, different cultures have different standards of gender performance. An identical Canadian of European ancestry? Shit yeah that might well be a woman. A native Japanese? 100% masculine.
