You get that that works the other way as well, right? And that there are medical conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome that massively affect people's abilities to lose weight even eating 'properly' and exercising a lot? And that there are countless different reasons why people are fat, and that telling them that they should just try harder doesn't in anyway make things easier? That in fact constantly telling someone who's working their ass off to be as healthy as they can that they're just doing it wrong and it's entirely their own fault that they're fat can just make things unbearable for the people who are living with it? And that some people can't afford to see a doctor?
