Wait, so what if someone just plays Final Fantasy games? Or if they only play Square Enix games and say stuff like "I can't wait for FF-versus-XIII" with a straight face? Is that somehow better than being a Nintendo fan?

Because then it makes it seem like there's some kinda litmus test for what games you should play to be considered a 'gamer'. I know a friend who got horrible motion sickness from Portal, and I get awful headaches from FPS games. So it's easier to stick to other games.

Oh! Also, I wasn't allowed to touch my brother's Xbox until he went to university. So I basically was stuck with gamecube, and a PS2. I mean, I know Nintendo is shit, and the Wii sucks, but I still like their games. So sue me.

I think OP was saying Nintendo-only gamers have given them more grief than FF-only gamers or FPS-only gamers.

Although I am kinda looking forward to Versus XIII because the gameplay in Regular XIII was such a massive step backward from XII for me. And also because XIV is out already and XIII-2's been announced already and are we sure this Vs. thing isn't just vaporware? But anyway.
