Oh god, I adore Good Omens. I've lent my copy to someone recently and it's killing me a little not having it whenever I just want to flick through. That's a little sad, isn't it. Oh dear. But YES. It's such a good book to re-read. ♥

My girlfriend lent me the book cross-country and after I got home I noticed it was autographed (Pratchett). My face, it was beyond the descriptive limits of image macros.

Awww! That's so sweet! I need to read more Terry Pratchett. After Good Omens, I read American Gods and Anansi Boys but Discworld intimidates me just because of how big it is.

It was more hilarious than anything else. I cameraphonetxt'd the TPsquiggle with a caption along the lines of "WHAT IS THIS". Her reply amounted to "oh yeah I forgot about that." MY FACE.

Discworld isn't that intimidating, I skipped around and did alright. I probably do need to catch up though.

Discworld really is big, but it's one of those rare series where you really can just jump in anywhere. I suggest starting with one of the City Watch books (Guards, Guards! or Men At Arms are good starting places) or one of the Lancre witches novels (try Wyrd Sisters or Witches Abroad).
