20. Man, I loved what they did to Elizabeth. D: I felt like (especially in retrospect, rewatching the first two movies), they've been building her up to the culmination in the third movie.

And dude, I actually went into the movie going "wouldn't it be great if [certain spoilers] happened?" and THEN THEY DID, so ...

I suppose one could argue she's one, but then -- what would one consider a strong well-developed female character? (I'm not being sarcastic, I'm just wondering what you'd use as an alternate example.)
