I kind of agree. But I also think that the claim that the Finns hate the Swedes is equally incorrect. There's this silly sibling rivalry, but it's far from real hate and dislike. :) Finland has never been and will never be Sweden's "loving little wife", but Sweden is still our dearest neighbor!

This make me think of my country (Chile) relationship with Argentina, we fight for silly thinks, but in the end if someone ask me what country I would go if I can't be in Chile, or who is my fav neightbor, or what people I like the most, I would say Argentina hands down.

Sounds familiar! In Finland we have this saying that "the most important thing is not winning; it's that Sweden loses" - I think that describes our relationship pretty well, haha! But the Swedes are still the ones the Finns probably relate to the most, and interestingly the biggest immigrant group in Sweden are the Finns. :'D
