OP, have you tried crossdressing? I don't know if you just dislike being female or if you're trans, but regardless of your gender identity, crossdressing is a completely viable option. It does take some work, especially if you're very prominently feminine, but regardless of how far you go to make it authentic, crossdressing is a non-permanent method of exploring your identity, and while I've found it helps to have a support system, you don't have to tell anyone about it.

But really, being genderqueer is nothing to be ashamed of, and it's incredibly unhealthy to suppress your gender identity to the point where you need fictional assistance just to deal with your current sex. I really, really hope you can become comfortable enough to tell people and maybe get help if you need it. Like I said, I don't know your exact position, but whatever your feelings, there are tons of resources online and IRL that can help you adjust to this; I could probably even dredge up some links, since I was doing a bunch of research on this just a short while ago.

I'm obviously not judo_creature, but I hope you don't mind me answering all the same. I recommend starting at Hudson's Guide (http://www.ftmguide.org/links.html), it's technically FTM rather than for cross-dressing, but you can still find lots of usefull information and they have a large links section for more. It's a very solid starting point, usually what I fall back on.

Of course! What specifically are you looking for? I have some written make-up tutorials, a video tutorial or two that aren't the best but give a decent idea, an excellent site to visit re: packing with options for casual and serious crossdressers to ftm transpeople, and some other miscellaneous info pages.

The link mrtoulouse gave looks incredibly good; what I have is just a selection of ragtag crossdressing aids, not anything for actual transitioning.

Any crossdressing articles you have would be great. I'm not ready to transition, but that would be a good place to start.

It's sad that I'm only discovering and exploring my sexuality in my 30s, but I'm trying to embrace it, so any little bit helps :)

...'to the point'? :\ That was me pretty much from the beginning. That was why I entered fandom in the first place, and how it kept me from suicide.

Now 9 days on T and feeling awesome.
