Your friend is/was probably confused. I'm sorry, but it happens. People experiment sometimes; sexuality can be a bitch to figure out.

And whether or not she is straight, if it hasn't worked after all of that, chances are it's not going to work period. You're better off trying to find someone else. You're not doing yourself any favors by getting hung up on someone who doesn't sound like she knows what she wants.
