I think you're tweaking their situation to mirror your own. Brittany did give Santana a chance, early on. Santana kept shooting her down. Now Brittany's in a happy relationship with a guy who loves her and makes her happy. It's sucks for Santana, but it's also selfish of her to expect Brittany to drop the relationship because now she's ready. People don't work like that.


That's said, I hope your own situation works out. Though going from the comments, isn't it possible that after hooking up, she came to the realization that she really just isn't gay or bi, or even just that it's not the kind of relationship she wants with you? That happens too. If she "thinks" she's straight...she just might be straight.

i appreciate the response, and understand what youre saying, and I'm definitely over simplifying. there is plenty of evidence for her not being straight outside of what i have mentioned. ridiculous amounts, even. but, you could be right. i did just want to defend myself a bit.

You know, there's also the other, maybe even more hurtful possibility ... she does like women, but she just doesn't want to be in a relationship with YOU. And if she is bi, hooking up with guys doesn't mean she's in denial either, but just that, well, right now she likes guys.
