But then I got a real bunny, and now have owned rabbits for 25 years... not as fixated on stuffed ones anymore.
But I can't get rid of any of my stuffed ones. The book may or may not be a factor. But I always treated my stuffed animals well, so they're still perfectly acceptable to display. Thank goodness. Working with rabbit rescues means I wouldn't want any of my beloved stuffed bunnies to become real bunnies and wander around in the wild.
