btw I'm playing Sims 2 while I wait for time to fly by and I made an Ash Ketchum, Misty and Brock. Ash is pissing me off so fucking much right now because he never wants to do shit. Misty is kind of random and I don't like that very much. Brock is an all right guy.

This is the only reason the sims exists, I am convinced. I hate that game but fuck if I don't play it just to create my favorite characters.

I can't play Sims in a serious manner. they've gotta be characters that have been my shit since day one or I have to have people with dumbass names like "shit head" or "dick nugget" and torture them in their trailer trash house. I don't see any fun in it otherwise.

It was especially addicting to create fandom characters once Sims 3 came out. Something about creating an absolute monster of somewhat occ/marysue proportions was—and will always be—worth sitting through the supreme lag my computer hits whenever I even look at the Sims icon.

I made a Sim Miles Edgeworth. He has no sense of humor, so he's always boring people to death and then looking concerned when they collapse unconscious on his floor.

ALL THE TIME. With like, any fandom I happen to be in at the time.

I had some Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle sims for a while, but um, Kuropon is really hard to sim okay. I didn't want him to kill Fai.

Right now I have the Gundam Meisters from Gundam 00 set up in some lovely little two-bedroom place in the 'burbs. It's kind of hilarious. Tieria has already alienated everyone else, Lockon wants to be a reporter, and Setsuna looks perpetually confused.

Um. I love fandom!Sims. Love.

This is the BEST THREAD. I am in SO much back pain right now but everyone's responses made me laugh SO HARD.

And you just made a fantastic contribution to this fantastic thread.

If I wasn't really fucking lazy I would make a neighborhood called RAWKTOWNE! with all my favorite musicians, but I'm a stickler for accuracy and I don't like spending that much time making them look that good so, eeeeeeh.

Totally do that. I have Good Omens sims. Crowley never seems to stop dancing. One time he got Aziraphale to join him and it was the most morbid dancing I have ever seen.

I love letting sims just run in the background and then going back to it later and finding something happening like one of them throwing axes in the garden while naked (although admittedly that only happened once).

My nine-year-old kid and I just painstakingly made Angel, Darla, Spike and Drusilla in Sims 3, arguing about traits every step of the way and struggling to get Angel's tattoo right so hard that we damn near gave up on it.

Angel is a Stylist now. G-d bless expansion packs and autonomy mods for giving me that LOL.
