I found Supernatural rather therapeutic. I used to be petrified of scary movies, and I'd get nightmares for weeks after seeing one. But then I got into Supernatural, and the next time I saw another scary movie, I just imagined Dean and Sam blazing in with their rock salt shot guns and generally looking hot as all hell while calling the evil spirit/monster/ghost whatever a whole host of degrading names... needless to say, I was no longer scared, nor had any bad dreams afterwards! XD

Exactly! This is the reaction I've been having now instead of fear and massive paranoia. Now its more reduced paranoia and the thought that if nothing else, I make really good sweets so maybe Gabriel would smite them for the lulz and sugar.
