I personally couldn't mix business with pleasure. I worked at a restaurant for awhile that was my absolute favorite place to eat, and now I hate the place/the food/the thought of it. Disney is supposed to be that magical place you visit for fun, but when it becomes your job and you're there everyday, how fun does it stay?

That being said, as someone who knows far too many people who work/worked at Disney (I live in Orlando), it definitely is a mixed bowl. The people that hate it, HATE it (they've got great stories to tell though!), but the people that love it, really love it. Disney is very much a stickler to their rules; there are people who don't feel comfortable in that "black and white, absolutely NO GREY" environment, while other people thrive in it.
