It isn't convenient, no. I mean, I'd have to get up before 6AM to do it. If the majority is clearly voting for that time slot though, I'd be willing.

The confusion was in what the "don't care" votes meant: did they mean "do what was convenient for me" or "I will go with whichever time slot has more votes"? This poll should be clearer about that.

There's no accommodation involved, though. It's a rigged vote with an obvious sway. I would have felt better if Case had just said, "Sorry, it's inconvenient for me to post except at such and such time" instead of all these bullshit polls that accomplish nothing.

He didn't "cheat". Cheating would be creating a ton of sock puppets and stacking the votes; or getting all his friends to do the same thing. He interpreted the votes as he believed everyone else would; he had no idea that this community was full of so many morons that they couldn't understand what he meant. As far as I'm concerned, the fact that he's been willing to do this THREE times for you people, just to clarify and make sure everything is fair, speaks a great deal towards his character.
