wow you are getting really worked up over an internet argument. thanks for the personal attack--i assure you i am not "too dense to understand this"

i should have clarified that my argument probably doesn't have much to do with disney specifically but rather the general phenomenon of becoming less concerned about diet and exercise. sorry for getting off topic. consider yourself to have won.

Well, your initial statement that any Disney female protagonist who isn't a size zero would be "promoting bad health" is pretty offensive, so I'm not apologizing for getting "worked up". I do agree with everything you said about obesity and trust me, I understand quite personally that it does kill people and there is an epidemic, nonetheless, is it too much to expect some heightened cultural acceptance of non-waiflike female body types?

Yes, they have tiny waists if they were real people, but they're more of an 'moderate' weight as fair as their own cartoons go. They have an hourglass figure, and if you want to take issue with that... whatever, but they're not toothpicks, they just have an exaggerated hourglass figure and therefore tiny waists.
