The drugged look is part of her image. I feel like she's about as far from the Bella Swan role as you can get. She has very feminine features, and that's aesthetically appealing. But I feel like she wants people thinking she's still a stupid immature teenager, looking like she's shitfaced or stoned all the time. I don't know, I'm not a fan of hers or celebrities (although her in the Runaways was <3) but I think there's a look to her like she's fucked up and she knows it but she's not gross about it (ex: Ke$ha) and for some people that's sexy. So yeah, I see it OP. I don't know if that's what you're looking for cos I don't know you either but what-evs.
