Sure, there are some, but I've found and collected plenty of pics where Touko is either the dominant one or it's just the two of them being sweet together. Hell, one of the most popular N/Touko pictures on Pixiv is her literally kicking him out of the Ferris wheel car. A good chunk of the Japanese fandom seems to have the same view of Touko as a strong-willed, take no shit kind of person, just like a chunk of the English fandom does.
