I use adblock to remove those tacky gif-sidebars of fail and those tacky as fuck repeating image backgrounds some people still insist upon having. It's great.

Oh god I hate those gif sidebars. Usually they're longer than people's fics, and they're seriously distracting. ...Note to self, use ad block next time I run into those.

sometimes you have to go through and adblock each one individually though. i usually just say "fuck it" and go ?style=mine.
