Look, if you don't care enough to get out at sea and have an ACTUAL BATTLE, then clearly it's not that important. I'm just sayin'. (And any opportunity to wear a captain's hat -- I'm there.)

I seriously doubt fandom's commitment to nautical nonsense.

(I'd do anything for a tricorner, for reals.)

C'mon, fandom, stop half-assing this. How is anybody supposed to take us seriously if we don't commit ourselves 100%?

Sure! I like a bunch of the ones you listed too -- how wonderful is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? And ATLA! I always forget to list ATLA.

I've given up trying to list everything. Especially in the anime category cause I watch a lot of series I just don't necessarily talk about them a lot XD (Durarara is a good example).

Same. We'd never get out of here if I tried to list everything.

I am not picky at all -- if it's hot leaf juice, I'll drink it. (Unless it's poisonous, or lukewarm, in which case I'd rather not.) Earl Grey's my favorite, though.

Also, I keep staring at your icon and replaying that scene in my head and typing coherently is getting difficult, what with all the snickering.

omg X-Men: Evolution was MY JAM when it was airing on TV :)

I watched the hell out of it when it was airing! Then years later I got super into comics and sort of bought all the DVDs and ahhhh I love this show.

I actually watched that movie today, too. XD

I looooove that movie. I have no idea how many times I've watched it, but definitely enough to memorize most of the dialogue. /mature adult

I've been inching back into Digimon fandom lately as a whole, actually...though I'm pretty much watching it backwards (just finished Frontier, debating starting Tamers...I could never get into it when it was first on, but maybe now that I'm a /mature adult XD I'll appreciate it more.)
