the correct term is 'author's rush'

Author's rush small>TM is that high you get when you've done something really that good. Of course it fires the same pleasure centers in your brain that - well, other things designed to fire the pleasure centers of your brain do. Hell, I've actually gotten euphoric highs that last several days at a time when I get hit with a 'hell YEAH!' moment in writing. I've heard people get the same endomorphic rush from exercising too. Something hits, it triggers the pleasure centers in your brain, the chemicals get released and away you go.

In this case - chances are it has nothing to do with your sexuality. Enjoy it, appreciate it, and move along with yourself. If it IS sexual it'll hit you in other ways down the road and you can grow into whatever it is as you go but it sounds like you had an author's rush going on. Congrats. It's awesome and it's yet another reason to enjoy writing.

The feeling you get from exercise is more of a feeling of peace and well being than a euphoric head rush.
