LMAO, what the fuck is with people saying Ciel's mentally/emotionally in his 30's?

A kid who's been tortured and abused to the point that he's desperate enough to let himself be exploited by a demon is still a god damn kid.


He can't even fucking dress himself. That's not an adult in a child's body; that's a scarred, fucked up kid who puts on a cool exterior because of all the shit he's been through.

I'm saying it's especially skeevy to try to argue that a child who's been hardened by abuse and despair is somehow magically a mental adult because of it. It just makes them a damaged kid.


This happens irl when kids are exploited too. I don't give a fuck if you're into the fictional shota stuff, but trying to justify it as somehow better because a child acts adult-like (due to being abused, of all things) creeps into an insidiously unhealthy way of thinking.
