I am honestly glad that you feel that way. Not everyone else in the comm does and plenty of them feel that coming to the the mods to discuss those issues they have with them would end in much the same way that you/Tanz did above. But, you know, with less pathetic nyeh i don't care and more mocking and "eat a dick and die in a fire" first.

And I honestly don't know what to tell you, much as I wish I did. There have been personal issues with mods before, as can happen, but to the best of my knowledge the members in question are not forcibly removed unless they've broken rules. Even if personal animosity remains, it doesn't leak into moderating.

People do leave, have chosen to leave because they haven't been comfortable. Sometimes they do so because of the snarky slant of the community. It's not how everyone rolls, which is fine.

I wish I could talk to you privately, but such is the way of anon posting. If you would like to contact me I'm good for confidentiality, others can tell you that, and I can try to advise. Otherwise all I can say is that I've seen how several issues have shaken out, and approaching a moderator as an adult will go a long way toward keeping communication smooth. You definitely won't get flat ass banned the way Tanz did to me. As long as you follow the rules you're fine.
