I finally saw the movie on Friday, and even though Nine is my Doctor, I can very much see the appeal of Eight. I really wanted to play with his hair. And I'm so in love with his Tardis console room. I was ready to pack my bag the first time I saw it.

He's definitely one of my favorites, and I haven't even seen the TVM. Seriously, I think the Eighth Doctor Adventures (novels, not audio) are some of the best Doctor Who stories ever. Eight is just so amazing in so many ways - I feel like he had a lot of different sides to his character.

Also, incidentally, he's the only Doctor I've ever shipped with a companion (Fitz).
