But men came up with the original Halloween films and they had none of the misogynist crap that was in Rob Zombie's remakes. The worst you saw was a blurry boob at the beginning of the first movie. Hell in Halloween H20 Jamie Lee Curtis' character is the one in charge, while the men cower behind her and slowly get picked off. She even ends up hunting down -and presumably killing- Michael Meyers herself:



Both male and female fans have agreed this is one of the most amazing and memorable scenes in the entire series.
So rock on, OP! I agree completely. And hope one day there will be another Halloween movie with Jamie Lee Curtis in it (rumor has it, she didn't die in the last one)
