I second this.

I am a Ten fan. Hell, I'm a Nine fan mostly and I neither like nor dislike Eleven. It really irritates me that in fandom, especially Whovian fandom, you aren't allowed to like one thing/person/writer/etc. without rabidly hating all that came before it or after it.

I am a huge Ten fan but I don't hate Eleven for not being Ten. My problem with Eleven is that I think he is TOO MUCH like Ten. The change from Ten to Eleven was not nearly as drastic as the change from Nine to Ten. I think Smith should have been a lot more different than Tennant, especially since Tennant had a long run with the show. Eleven should have been a big, clean break from Ten but I felt like that was lacking.

That's my problem with Eleven. That, and I can't stand Amy ;D

This. Hell, I love Nine, Ten, and Eleven all the same; I just call them my boys and have done with it, LOL. I might say occasionally that I miss Nine (because I do; he was my first and I wish we'd gotten more of him) or that I miss Ten (because I miss his mannerisms and his dynamic with the companions), but that doesn't mean I hate Eleven! Matt actually won me over the quickest of the three and I couldn't love him anymore than I do.
