Besides the things other people have mentioned, the, "...And you've gained a few," crack of the Doctor's towards Amy recently really did my head in. Since when would the Doctor notice or care?!

I'm sure there's other stuff, but it's not coming to my fuzzy head at the moment.

In his defense, I think the Doctor can perceive things better than most people and suspected she was pregnant, hence the crack. It was more a, "I know about it, why aren't you telling me anything?" kinda deal.

I hated that crack. Admittedly I've started to become much more aware of potentially ED-triggery comments in the media since a friend was hospitalized for bulimia, but it was just so completely unnecessary.
