Not passing my own opinion on this one, but what do you mean by that? Their spelling looks perfectly fine to me.

"offence" =/= Offense.

They have a spelling mistake in the very beginning ("offence" -> offense) but I can't find anything other errors. That's being kinda nitpicky of you ask me. =(

After living with an former English major for a mother, it was kind of beat into my skull. Same goes with grammar.

XD Well of course it depends on where you live. For example, if you're in America, it's wrong, but if you're in Britain (or possibly Canada; I don't know what rules they follow over there) then it's right. That's if I'm right that it's the British spelling. I'm not really an authority on these things, sadly. :(
