Same. I won't coddle my readers. If I ever wrote about rape, eating disorders, suicide, or other such triggers, then I'd probably stick a warning on (actually, I definitely would for rape), but character death as a result of plot? No. Sorry, but then I'd have to spoiler tag the summary and that's just launching into the area of ridiculousness.
