That is, I think, a necessary hurdle of auspisticeship. I do not think she would desire to get entangled between two males, neither of whom she has any reason to give a shit about. Nor do I think she would desire to be the emotional anchor to a male.

Opinion=/=fact. You *think* that's Kanaya's 'lesbianism' (I'm not going to go into how offensive it is to force our own labels into another culture.) extends to the conciliatory quadrants, but you don't have any proof of that. In fact, you have proof of the opposite, and yet you're quick to dismiss said proof. That makes me think that if Hussie said 'no, her fetish only affects her concupiscent quadrants' you'd just ignore him.
