So, when I was young I thought the 'coming up for air' thing was because you sucked on each other's lips so hard when you kissed that you couldn't breathe at the same time... needless to say my first kiss did not go so well. (In my defence I was like, fourteen.) Kissing is fun if it's with the right person or someone who's really, really good at it. Don't worry if it's not your thing, but don't stop trying either - I've had some unexpectedly good kisses even though I don't consider myself a particularly kiss-y person.
