I'll agree with everything else on that list, but LazyTown? At first glance I can see how it'd seem like it was pretty simplistic (and yeah, the plots are formulaic) but I'd say more like 7 year olds. It's got a tiny bit more depth to it than the other examples, imo.

i'll admit i've never actually seen a full episode of lazytown but the clips I watched have been fairly bizarre. I guess I just assumed it was one of those shows aimed at mesmerizing very young children which can take on a sort of "trippy" quality when seen from an adult perspective (ex. teletubbies)
