2) Aw, OP, don't beat yourself up. It sounds like you really want to have a good relationship with your sister, but the circumstances haven't been right for that yet. But you never know what the future will bring, and maybe someday soon she'll understand that she's hurt you and want to reconcile. *hugs*
This secret made me think... I've always been fascinated by the Justin/Iris relationship, and maybe it's because my own brother has never given a shit about me. Their relationship is pretty fucked up, but at the same time, I kind of wistfully wonder what it would be like to be loved so completely by one's brother (uh, barring the incest, though). Just to be that important to him. Or important even a little.
Now I'm depressed. :( Carnivale: helping viewers work through their family shit, even years after cancellation.
