The part that I think makes me the terrible sister is that she has no idea. She still thinks we're dutch, nevermind how much of a manipulative bitch she's been as far back as I can remember (the final straw was her leaving my mother and I to handle caring for my grandfather until he died all by ourselves). And I haven't told her because the way she's liked by everyone else (including my mother), I feel like I'm the raving psycho and making shit up for whatever reason. Because if she really is such a selfish douchewaffle as I think, shouldn't someone else have noticed by now?

It seems to me you're a sensitive person. Your sister did things that hurt you, maybe not so much others family members, but it did hurt you and it's being hard to forgive. And, as I said, family relationships are complicated. Believe me, I've witnessed others sibling relationships that are just like you described yours. I can't give you advices because I don't know you or your family, but I have to say that just because someone is member of our family, it doesn't mean we have to love that person, especially when that person didn't do much to deserve our love. And that doesn't make this person a psycho or a bad person. Maybe it will change one day. It seems you wished to have have a positive relationship with your sister, it means you don't completely oppose to the idea. Family issues are hard to deal with, but they are part of life.
