I have my favorite characters in every fandom, but I don't go tearing other characters just to prove my love of my favorites. The fact that Doctor Who Fandom seems to feel that the only way to love one companion is to hate all the others (the majority of which are female) is just sad.

Nah, it's just that the Rose/Martha/Donna/Amy/River haters chew up the bandwidth because they won't shut up about it. The rest of us are too busy watching the magic.
