lol no. The reason you have to go through extensive procedures to get these surgeries in the first place is so you are A: deemed competent enough to make your own decisions and B: have a legitimate need to have the surgery. If they didn't do this, hospitals would get sued by every dumbass flake that wanted reassignment surgery for stupid reasons and healthcare would be even more fucked than it already is.
