Being in Fringe fandom, I spend a lot of time listening to people either: A) Insist Anna Torv and Joshua Jackson belong together despite the fact that I'm not even sure they like each other in a friendly way. OR B) Complain that Peter and Olivia shouldn't be together because Josh Jackson is a dick sometimes. (Occasionally because they don't like Anna instead of Josh, but that's rare.)
I really don't get why people can't accept that a character is a fictional, separate construct that's just represented onscreen by the actor. The actor and the character are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
