wank only happens when one horde of fans villify the other and spite each other, and taking each other's opinions badly. both sides are always fueled with indignancy and labels the other of being a moron. i stay away from those things and don't read them.
this criticism is purely directed at characters alone, and is not meant to attack anyone who loves them. :)

On the plus side, the manga seems like we're angling towards more Ryu/Chizu at the moment, so hopefully some form of resolution isn't too far away.
